Rushmore Financial provided a $200 loan to a client in MN with a verified APR of 100%....so far they have taken out $515.20 in roughly 3 months...far exceeding the agreed upon terms...the BBB in MN and KS has taken on the case as well as the MN Attorney General

I took a $200 loan out in January and they have taken out roughly $600...terms I never agreed to and they will not return calls. The BBB in both KS and MN have taken up the case and the AG in Minnesota has agreed to take it up as well...just don't want more folk falling for this idiocy
