Want my money back

I went on the Hilton Garden Inn website to book a room. I was accepting the price of the room as $176. When I got my receipt, I was charged $271. $95 in
"Tax Recovery Charges & Service Fees". They paid themselves $95 to book my room..... the hotel had no idea what that was for. This money has not been refunded back and it should be!
