I was balancing my debit account and noticed a charge from SafeCart.com for $39.95. I went to the SafeCart website and looked up the charge. I found an order receipt (RMSG-U2603151028-34HD) for two (02) purchases. One for $29.95 and one for the $39.95 I found on my card statement. Both charges are for "Pro PC Cleaner (Single User License). I did not order this product. I don't even have it on my computer. Why would I order the license for a product I don't own? I tried to contact the company via their website, but the page to find out how to seek refunds is the only page that can't be displayed. Imagine That! I am requesting a full refund and removal of any account formed in my name.
