Safeguard America misrepresented a contract. They are thieves and crooks. Towards the end of my three-year contract with them they called to give me some kind of an upgrade on my security system and when I signed the work order they had sneaked in a five-year contract renewal. They did not disclose that they were extending the contract nor did they send me a follow up right to cancel form within the time required by law.
They are trying to hold me to this contract which was totally misrepresented.
