Ditech Financial hired the above company to "maintain" and "protect their mortgage security interest" in December 2015; SMH

This company Safeguard properties is a joke...they billed me through Ditech Financial probably about 4K and counting for their alleged maintenance of the property. Over rated monthly inspections and invoices; theft of personal property. Submitted a legal claim for items removed from my property and it was denied as rejection said that it must of been a burglary. Sent them pictures of items there before and not there after, and informed Ditech. What thief knows the lock box combo to a property that is being maintained by a "property management" company, and locks the door back after they robbed your house. I'm not backing down...as of now, my property has car parts all over, garbage, broken windows and SafeGuard is "managing". This house says abandoned all over it, because since they have been "managing" the property" these items were never removed to make the house look decent on the outside, so people in the neighborhood throw stuff on my property continuously.
