This company along with Select Portfolio Servicing Inc. Broke in my back door before I had a walk through. Which I notified SPS on January 25 2018 stating I was ready for a walk through and they told me I would be hearing from them soon. Well I went to check on my property and found that the back lock was drilled out and replaced by a regular key lock with a lock box attached to it. Inside the house was a list of people whom safeguard let into the house and show it around. All going through the back door so I wouldn't notice if I passed by it on the street. They also tracked dirt in and around the house which voids the judges order for broom swept for cash for keys settlement agreement in which SPS would pay me 3000 dollars. Since then they have tried numerous times to get in even cutting the back screen causing more damage. This company and SPS will be reported to the proper authorities and all that needs to know about this topic.
