the coupon that is advertised in your circular which is given to the shopper to be used the following week for $10.00 should be active from Wednesday to the following Monday, at least. I have sent in several complaint forms to your office, which does not seem to do any good. Having the offer only good from Friday to Sunday is unfair to the shoppers who shop in your stores on Wednesday and Thursday, instead on the busiest days of the week! You would think the company would want to have more people in the store shopping on the off days!
Whenever I see this offer and it is only available from Friday to Sunday, I go to another store to shop that week and the next!, And I am sure others do too!
I was told that the reasoning behind this is that not all the prices are changed by Thursday, this is a company problem, not the consumer's.
I prefer to shop at Safeway but will not be told what days I have to come in, for the best benefit. Please change this policy and make the coupon offer good the entire week........thank you
