Poor customer service

The head pharmacist (Jacob) at San Ramon 925 831-9502 hung up on me and refused to listen to my question about
an ordered prescription.
I am a Riteaid customer; we’ve been transferred to
The San Ramon Safeway Pharmacy.
I have a terminal illness and it’s cruel to treat people
the way Jacob spoke to me. I asked for the manager/supervisor and he hung up on me.
I appreciate your busy schedule. Is it possible to
respond promptly?
