I went to sally's beauty store thinking people that work there could help with beauty products wanting to buy. well 2 girls sujested several products to color my hair light brown. well turn out jet black,burnt my hair ,now my hair gonna half to be off about 2 inches or more by a expensive beauty salon.my hair just grown back above my shoulders I lost all my hair about 2 years ago.just now getting some hair back.them 2 girls showed me 4 things to buy to put in or on my hair I bought came home done my hair just like directions they wrote down for me to follow.my hair is so burnt ugly color that I wont even go out in public. now its gonna cost me lot of money I don't have to fix it. plus I went back to store next day to show them what that hair stuff they told me to buy well 2 more different girls was working I showed them they were so rude to me made me cry they didn't even want to show me what I could buy to fix my hair .they acted like I was a piece of shit they were better and wasn't welcome in the store that showed me what to buy the day before that done this crap to my hair. wouldn't even help with service by looking at my hair and going oh well its not their fault and turn their backs and walk off from me. I have 2 witness how they look down on me in front other customers. I am 57 yeard old lady dying with breast cancer stage 4 I thought I was gonna have to go to emercy room it made me so upset and with the out come of being treated like that . now I cant even go to my doctors,store, ect. cause of damage sally's beauty store employees and product they told me to buy done this upsetting me like they did cause I'm on fix income don't have 2 or 3 hundred dollars to fix my hair.if I don't hear from sally's beauty store asap my lawyers will make sure I will be heard and treated like customers suppose to be my name is Becky Scoggins 15 Gregory lane,Cord,Arkansas 72524 870-321-0892 I be waiting to hear from somebody asap!!
