Shipment not fullfilled

Since Sally's was closed due to CoVid-19 I went on-line to make a purchase. I ordered 4 boxes of gloves and 4 jars of heel to toe products. I then get a shipment of 1 jar of heel to toe and that is it. I have been for the past month trying to reach customer service either by phone; they hang up on you and via e-mail no response to my inquiry. The cost was $61.00 that I spent and no response but I did get an email to review the product that they NEVER SENT! Really?
Very disappointed in this level of service; disgusting and really uncalled for as your revenue is are billions of dollars.. I can see how you are making your money and it is not right.
Have some integrity and make it right.

Violating Company Policy

I am a former associate of 2.5 yrs I left the company under the impression I was going to be paid my vacation time i never used. Only to find out the new policy on 6/30 changed that. I have never been so sick. I literally used 4 days in that time. I was always told it was not in the budget:( so now Sally’s will keep my 105 hrs of vacation time.

Racism

Sammy on Friday 1.26.19 at the Largo store in Florida on Missouri asked my 6'2 dark skinned black husband what he was doing there ..... in shock I called the store manager, customer service and corporate numbers. A week later nothing... Not a word. I call back on 2.1.19. Very little happens. A customer service ( Call center manager) calls me and tells me that there is nothing she can do. The sales assoc states that she wasn't talking to him but, in fact to her boyfriend that was visiting the store. All I got was I am sorry, but the employee states she wasn't talking to him. Her boyfriend came in the store after my husband and the tape shows that. I am so disgusted by this. The fact that after one week several calls and emails I get a call from a call center rep stating the associate says she wants speaking to you. That's All I can do.. THIS BLACK HISTORY MONTH BOYCOTT SALLYS

Hurt knee

I was in the store and I hit my knee really hard and the wooden display moves a little. I broke skin and the next few days my knee looked like a cantaloupe. I called them same day it happen, They claim it's not their fault because customers sho5liok where they are going. But she did say thanks for bringing it to our attention. I said my knee still hurts that's all you have to say. She responded yes. After I told her a few things she says I can give you a $20 gift card. How is that going to fix the pain in my knee. She said they do not have a claims department. They might night but I am sure they have a complaint department. I am so tired of being taking advantage of. It's so much more but you get the idea.

Obscene language and threatening manager and coworkers

On May 25th 2017 at about 5:30 p.m. I in the Willimantic Sally's Beauty Store and was shopping one of the associates came in the store appeared to be upset yelling and screaming at the other co-worker she headed towards the back of the store Yelling to the associate in the front wait till I see our boss I'm going to punch her so hard in her face she's going to fall to the ground I'm from Puerto Rico that's how we do it from over there I was in total shock I approached the other woman standing behind the register and asked her what was wrong with the other girls name was for the other girl's name she told me the other girl's name was Maria the only thing I could say to the woman behind the register was thank you for your time because I was so horrified at the fact of how this woman Maria was talking in front of customers and to her co-worker and her boss what made me more scared is how would she respond to a customer with this violent behavior and attitude and was totally unappropriate the co-worker looked very scared and then Maria also was yelling from the back telling her that if this Got Back in any way to anyone that she would personally take care of it herself my wife and I refuse to shop in that store when Maria is working as far as the store the Store it self is wonderful we have never had any problems there before there's a woman Jessica blonde older woman that works there whom my wife adoores I really like a lot and another one named Ashley who we've had no problems with at all anytime these co-workers seem very intimidated by this Maria and at times she is very very rude this isn't the first time I've seen her in action I am concerned for the safety of your workers and your customers I would appreciate my identity kept between you your corporation and not given to Maria personally thank you any questions I can be reached at 860-336-7671

BAD SERVICE

Went into sallys beauty store at 1800 Fort Harrison Rd

(812) 460-0004 My Daughter has med blonde hair she dyed it light blonde and some of her roots were showing asked the sales lady what we needed ;told her we wanted a bleach kit because my daughters ends were starting to fade .The sales lady talked us out of this and recommended something different. We took her recommendation a bleach for the roots and a light blonde dye for the bottom this was terrible her hair turned a ugly blonde brown grey color on the ends and a white blonde on top ,the top was what we wanted the bottom was awful.went to the store as soon as it opened the next day the manager there treated us like it was our fault very rude .I shop there a lot and now i am double thinking it .had to do my daughters hair with what I wanted in the first place and now her hair is fried bad. this store was no help at all.

Disrespectful and rood and bad language

Went into a Sally's in Fort Smith Arkansas where Walmart is in the same shopping Plaza on Rogers Ave. The manager was very rood and disrespectful to customers and employees. I never seen anything like that before I was in disbelief so I wanted her name so a employee gave it to me and said good luck and watch your back she very evil. The name is melissa lairamore if you don't do something about this I will find somebody higher than you that will. Thank you.

Credit Card Fraud

Be aware of employees at Sally Beauty Supply store located at 6817 FM 1960, they have a scam going on where they tell you their credit card machine is not working and they have to call it in. I fell for this slow down trick, I'm not sure who that employee called but before I left the store there was an additional $271 charged to my credit card and the next day they charged another $297. Made several attempts to talk with the manager, however, they are never available and do not return your phone call... I have been a customer of Sally for over 15 years and I will never go back to that location again! Do NOT allow anyone to give your credit card number over the phone, if their machines are broken just walk away. I will be filing a formal complaint with different agencies in which this store should be accountable to. Beware of Credit Card Fraud at Sally Beauty Supply!

This is to all those who are complaining about Sally's. I have been with this company over 15yrs and have had my share of good and bad DM's. But when it comes down to it-Respect goes both ways!

Yes the company ask you (or requires you) to meet certain standards. However, everyone is told of these policies before they are hired or asked if they want the job. That is what the interview is all about. They judge you and you judge the pay and job requirements.

I have had my share of horrible and great employees. I have treated all my employees with respect and try to carry a friendship with all of them. I have never had to yell at any and choose to speak with them when there is a problem (privately). However, when an employee leaves-they have all kinds of things to say about their manager/Dm/Tm. Its a just not right! Just because you have decided to go elsewhere, doesn't give you the right to tear people and their positions apart. If you had a problem then why didn't you as an employee start your own suit.

Why because than you would have something to loose. Now you are relocated in your life-doesn't give you the right to tear people and the company down. You accepted the position, knowing what was required of you. You stayed-maybe started talking-not doing job properly-and when someone called you out on it (which is their job)-you got upset.

Maybe - on your next interview - you will hear what the company is interviewing you for! Stop complaining-or-move on

Treatment of Sallys Employees

If there is anyone out there in this big fat wide world that can help start a Class Action Lawsuit against Sallys Beauty Supply and represent them, please comment on this board, as it is really ridiculous. I have never seen such blatent mistreatment, harassment, and just downright no concern for staff in my life. THIS IS A PLEA. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE NEED TO BE REPRESENTED ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

worst place to work

Informing the public of unfair working conditions and legalized slavery of managers would not constitute someone as looking for revenge. I understand that not all Districts are run the same way and there are most likely very happy managers and employees out there that love there job and have supportive upper management, however I also believe the company turns there heads to problems in there company they know is going on. There are TMs and DMs that are terrible at there jobs and do the bare minimum of what is required to earn there paycheck. This causes a spiraling affect that spreads all the way down the management chain. This company has no system to regulate TM and DM job performance towards lower management. They are free to harrass, terrorize, threaten, and intimidate all lower management as they see fit. Even though my numbers where best in the district I was not one of the DM's pet Managers and so I was subject to all the nastiness she could dish out. These are the facts and there are others out there that are afraid to speak in fear of losing there jobs if they do. I am the voice of those who cannot speak themselves.
