Want to cancel Sampler

want to cancel "THE SAMPLER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT' I signed on January 01, 2017 in Diamond Resorts Las Vegas. I contacted Diamond on 3rd january to cancel that agreement. I made calls, send emails to [email protected], and [email protected], and also send a letter on 4th January.
But, today, 02-07-2017, they send me bill of 172.04.

Please help me to get rid of this Sampler Membership Agreement. Hope you will hear my voice
