Return/Refund of Product
On Sept 20, I requested a refund on a sectional that I purchased from SAMs online because the would boards inside the sectional broke after two months. SAMs send their white glove service to pickup product on Oct 3--all went well and the pick-up guy said we will get a refund in 3 days. Now this is when the issue begin, on Oct 5, my wife called and SAMs said they received the product and we should get a refund in 3-5 days. On Oct 10, I called back and A lady said (id: leeann0wwzj), it was process and now we should get it within 10 days from pickup dates. I call back on Oct 16, and a young lady said the last two people never finalized the refund. After 15 mins with her, she finalized the order(great job on her part).. But now I have to wait another 3-5 days to get refund..
