Wrong good received

Hi

On the 2nd of August 2017 I received a phone call from one of your staff members who then advised me to place this order (order no.:71064801). And to my surprise TODAY (16 AUGUST 2017) when I received the parcel I was so sad and disappointed because the received order was actually not what I was hoping for.

I regret my decision and I also wish to return the goods back to Homechoice, PLEASE ADVICE ME ON WHAT MUST I DO NOW..?

Your positive response will be highly appreciated in this regard.
