refregerator compressor

i purchased bio fresh Refregerator in 2004. in 2011 compressor was changed at the cost s. 6000/- now again compressor not working since last 3 days. complaint registered on 26/5/14 but no response till this time. i tried SEVERAL TIMES to contact your ser.center at kharadi pune. But nobody picking up calls. every thing reported to your call centre. hope you understand the urgency of problem, particularly in summer season it has to be taken on priority.
