Myself is Arshad, I bought a new tab from Carryfour which is a genuine dealer of Samsung. The model details and date are attached in the invoice. This is to let you people know about my hectic situation as a customer. As soon as I started using that its complaint started. At first the wifi found faulty and was admitted to the service station and after some days they returned back after replacing some sorta chip or ic and was ok after they gave me back. Later after a few more months its LCD display got damaged without any external influence and it fetched a lot of time from me to get it replaced as the product was under warranty. The model is under wty period still and is in service station as its main key ( centre button) is damaged. It is really disgusting for me as this was my dream tab, and still I found it difficult to use it. I kindly request you to do the needful to get my tab back soon by a replacement to gain the trust I had with Samsung. Hoping for a quick action.
