SCREEN SHUT DOWN

I have Purchased this product 2 weeks ago through awok.com but the screen went black suddenly. i bought it the same day and put cover and screen protector but i dont know what happened. their phone never fall down, i was using it and suddenly went black.
this is not the first time i purchased a phone it wasn't working and then a tablet also same. i dont know if they sell items which are damaged or ? because as per my experience with awok it is always the same. i called awok customer service but they told me that they will send some one to collect the product and i have to pay him for transport even if it is not my fault. i agreed but still no one came for the product. it is not fair for me as a customer the way they treat me . i except respond from awok management.
