My s4's LCD broke about a month ago, I dropped it by accident, it took three weeks to get it back and cost me $350 dollars because even though the glass wasn't broken it comes in two parts. I have had it back less than a week and dropped it again by accident less than a meter and onto carpet and the LCD has cracked again and even more than the last time. I am very UNHAPPY with this as it NEVER happened with my s3 and I got my s4 in November 2013 and was planning on getting 2 s5's this year, one for me and my partner now I am seriously reconsidering this as it seems that Samsung have downgraded their quality of product, making phones more breakable and less durable, meaning we have to either pay for repairs or buy new phones equaling more money for them.......... By the way I would add a photo but my phone/camera is BROKEN AGAIN!!!
