I want to complain about the Samsung Product mainly the mobile phones. This is the third time in a row that my mobile phone shuts down with no reason. I cant charge it and the screen does not open. The first was Note 2 then Note 3 and lastly S6. The last one is less than a year old and when I took it to the agent with the receipt and guaranty note, they told me that the warranty does not cover the screen and I had to pay around US$200 to get it repaired.
Isn't it strange that all the phones have the same problem. I will never buy Samsung again. I think its time to go to other brands.

On October 24, 2016 at 04:30 PM, I lost my phone at the RAITUBAZAR: RIGHT SIDE OF THE ENTRANCE, PWD GROUNDS, VIJAYAWADA. Queries done at raitubazar karyalayam and announcement done.Reported to local Police people and told to lodge a complaint at mee seva at stadium road.

The mobile is an SAMSUNG A710FZDFINS gold colour with a removable gaurd case. The IMEI numbers of the phone is No 1:-356825/07/708285/7 No 2:-356850/07/708285/5 and the serial number of the device is A710F. The mobile number of the SIM used in the lost phone is SIM 1 : 9491491455 SIM 2: 8982140879. Approximate value of the new device of this model is Rs 32,000. (XEROX OF BILL ATTACHED)

You are requested to kindly register the complaint and give me an attested copy of this complaint so that I can submit this to the service provider to block the phone number and prevent potential abuse of my SIM.
