Horrendous Customer Service
Do not buy any appliances from Samsung!
We ordered a Samsung refrigerator and microwave from Appliance Connection online. The fridge works great but the microwave has never worked. Samsung lost my service ticket 3 times. There was no apparent damage to the microwave so we went with troubleshooting to no avail. Called Samsung to get a technician to check it out as it is still under warranty. They sent A& E factory service to check it out and found it to have a bad mother board on the control panel. He ordered a new part and would return the next week. He replaced it the next week and it did not fix it. He found internal damage behind the control panel and the transformer was on its side. He said it was structural and he could not fix it and I would have to call Samsung. The structural/cavity damage cannot be seen unless you remove the control panel. There is no way to tell how or why this cavity damage occurred. Samsung has been giving me the run around since. They keep trying to send someone out to confirm the cavity damage as the first guy was apparently unreliable. They said it is still probably not going to be covered. This is after a month of back and forth and hoop jumping. Today the technician called in sick and no one called to tell us. They have already spent more in customer service staffing, to field my calls than the microwave is worth. We lost 1/2 days wages to wait for someone who did not come. The worst service ever. I am at my wits end. I will not get anything from them ever again and make sure all who know me know why.
