Hi my name is Motsalane Mosetsana Victoria I was employed by SARS Bloemfontein until I retired. I got an injury on the 14 July 2008 while I was still working. The claim was submitted and after careful consideration a Compensation Award was made and I was called to SARS office in Botshabelo. I was informed about the offer and I signed and accepted it (See Attached Documents).Since then till now I have not received the compensation. I have knocked on many doors, GEPF, SARS and Compensation Fund. I have called people who called me to come and sign but NOTHING is happening. I am 65 years old now and disabled I cannot not afford to travel a lot to look for assistance. I am writing this complaint with the hope that I will be assisted before I die.
