Flight delayed

On the 06th September 2017 me and my wife returned from jeddah, KSA after Hajj. Saudi Airline SV167 scheduled to departure from Jeddah to Frankfurt,Germany @0955 local time and arrival time was @1445 at Frankfurt,Germany and Frankfurt to Toronto,Canada by Air Canada AC877 scheduled to departure @ 1710 local time. Where without any notice the flight delayed to departue from Jeddah Airport more than three hours. It was crowded. No sitting system, no clean washroom. In the International departue lounge they have only washroom for men and women. We are diabetics patient. We started from hotel in Mecca at morning 02.00 and arrived in Jeddah airport at 04.30 to 05.00 a.m. More than three hours to get boarding pass. After 12.30 they announced for Frankfurt, Germany flight. We boarded in the flight. When we arrived at Frankfurt, Germany then AC 877 flight for Toronto, Canada already left from Frankfurt. That was totally hopeless position for us, we didn't find any Saudi Airlines staff to help us. Then we started to run Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 and looking for Airlines staff. No one found. After we've got help from Lufthansa Airlines Information centre. They've contacted with Saudi Airlines staff over phone and told us to wait and called them again. After long time travelled and ran in the Airport terminal 1 to terminal 2, we are tired and exhausted. After one hour or less than, we called Saudi Airlines staff and he told us to go to the My Cloud hotel in the Frankfurt Airport. Then we were able to find the hotel after a long walk. Local time was 21.00. We've got the key of room and information that we would get our next flight schedule to get back our home Toronto,Canda. That night in the My Cloud hotel we passed without any food. In the morning 07th September, 2017 from the hotel desk we've got our new schedule that our journey would be from Frankfurt, Germany to London, England and London, England to Toronto, Canada. Flight no. LH 906 Frankfurt to London. AC 849 London to Toronto, Canada. We arrived at Pearson International Airport Terminal 1,Toronto @ 1750 local time. After that found our two baggage are missing. Claim no. YYZ AC 98220. We've received one bag after five days and another one received after two weeks. This kind of service we've got from Saudi Airlines. They treated us that we are not human being that's why they kept us without food. This was our first trip with Saudi Airlines. This is our complain for compensation.
