I never received anything but I am out $24
I purchased two for one movie tickets, when I attempted to redeem they transferred me to another website to redeem which of course is no longer in business and I never received anything but I am out $24. Awesome.

I never received anything but I am out $24
They sent me a link to redeem my deal, but the link didn't work. I called them to ask that they send a working link, but no one responded. I called again, but again, no one responded. I was fortunate that they cheated me out of only $5. I want to warn others not to do business with them at all.

bought 2 gift cards & still haven't received
I bought a gift card for burger king & also cabela's. no gift cards & i bought these back in the middle of december 2011. (today is 2-15-11).
no response via e-mail. called both customer service numbers twice and waited 15 minutes before hanging up.
will report them as many places as i can and will be speaking to my bank about getting money back for fraudulent activity on their part.

(Today's date is March 3, 2012.) I bought the $10 BK Gift Card for $5 on Dec. 26, 2011. Before that, I purchased 4 TOTAL of the $30 deals on Dec 9th and 16th ($50 Dining Dollars + $25 Gift Card, two Lowe's and two Walmart [that's $120!]). I got the stupid (waste of time and space) dining dollars, but never my gift cards. I have tried to contact them numerous times by email and BOTH phone numbers (it changed recently) with No Reply. I have even left my name and phone number on their "voicemail" in hopes they'll contact me back, but nothing. However, when checking my bank account, I never found the $5 BK card purchase.. I don't know if they refunded me or it just never went through, but I could care less about losing the measly $5... I'll be contacting my bank to get all my money back.
What I did get a reply back from was Digital Doorstep, but not what I wanted to hear. I sent them an email about the shipping statuses and got this automatic response:

Customer service was beyond awful
Never received my voucher, waiting (and hoping) for a refund, and customer service was beyond awful. after being on hold multiple times for a long period of time, i got a rude representative, vague answers (ie no solutions), and finally, HUNG UP ON.

you can never get a hold of them. they never reply to emails or return calls. how are they still in business. worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. never seen any positive comment about their website anywhere. who are these people?

I will never use them again
I purchased a voucher for $15 for a photobook that was supposed to be worth $40. I received my voucher number, but when I entered it at checkout it keeps telling me that it's not valid. I have made numerous attempts to contact Savemore at their phone number listed, and I also am disconnected before I can ever get an actual person on the line. I checked them out at the Better Business Bureau, and they have an F rating. 13 complaints filed with them in the last 12 months. Now I am out $15 that I was going to use as a Christmas gift, and spent 3 hours working on putting that photobook together. And I am getting nothing. I will never use them again.

I will never use them again
luckily, all I paid was 6 dollars for a 12 dollar Papa John's coupon that I never received. Tried calling, they don't answer. Tried emailing, the email address is no good. DON'T purchase from this vendor!!
