I lost my ATM card on 07 Mar 2012. my a/c no- 11364213163 at SBI PANTNAGAR Branch (Uttarakhand) Name of a/c holder RB Rayjada and valid through Apr 2007 ATM Card No. is 622018XXXXXXXXXXXX9.Please block all transactions of this card at once.
