Dear sir, i arif vahora in surat, card holder name of arif vahora . I regret to inform you, i have not accept this platinium card / received card from sbi, and no given aknowlaege / received proof fronm my side . my complain last 15 days before on toll free , no of request. 121775150084 today, so till date i have no response from sbi credit card department. so, please you needful,as soon as, i hope you for your favourable reply/ call

in my monthly statement of 07/11/2014 an unpaid amount of Rs. 4000/- shown in debit side twice and added in my monthly statement
kindly see to it how the unpaid amount can be added in the monthly statement and that too twice.
due to this my credit limit is also exceeded and charged for over limit accordingly
it is my request to see into the matter seriously and solve my problem at your earliest
