Metro PCS

First, the SCAMBOOK site does not function tonight. I typed complaint, TWICE, told "something went wrong"? Site glitch?Years of mistreatment by Metro PCS, but my specifics were erased by the site.THIS SITE IS HAVING SERIOUS ISSUES.

I purchase a pair of shoes at Sears Roebuck store in Brooklyn, N. Y. manufacture name is: WONDERLITE sleep in shoes, i pay it $65.00
i never ware it, about a month go, week go i tried to ware it, and i discovered falling apart on the bottom of the shoes, i bring back to a
Sears, and they refused to exchange, or refund the money, they sayd, they don't have any more these shoes.. I complant it to Sears at
Chicago main office, and they told me to file complaint at SCAMBOOK.com now i did, and ask you, if please you can help me.... have other shoes, or refund the $65.00 the broken wonderlite shoes are size no. 10 sleep in, black color, in side of the box sayd:wonderlite

This organization has been involved in many deceptive and questionable practices in regards to allocation of funds/what income is used for. It will not release publicly how tithes or offerings are being used. It "shuns" "members" who question authority figures and has practices and teaches belief systems that are biased against women. Fundraising events are often held for "members in need", and the funds raised are not properly handled or documented.

we ordered the product Dog Food Secrets Gold Pack Special on December 18, 2013

we ordered the product Dog Food Secrets Gold Pack Special on January 18,2014 and have not received the product or confirmation of said product. The product was paid for by credit card so there should not be a question of payment. We have not heard from them concerning the order or are we able to contact them about the order, they do not have an email address or phone number to use for this purpose. Do not know how to get this resolved or to get our money back for this order. Our next order of business will be to contact the Better Business Bureau for help in this matter. Beware people do not order the goods from this business.

verizon wireless

watch these dirt bags,they do not honor there warranties and there salesman are ripp offs,i wanted a new phoneand got one after they suckered me into a contract wich i didnt need,they then took my old phone and said for 30 bucks we will transfer all your data from the old to the new,after 10 minutes he hands my phone back,i open it to check to see if my contacts and numbers were there and the phone was blank,i asked him where is my contact info,he said it didnt take,i said then i want my 30 bucks back,he said its not refundable,i asked for my old phone and he said its already taken apart,so he lost all my business contacts,so i leave the building and i get a phone call,i answer the phone and the front screen shorts out,i see the 2 scumbags in the window looking at me,so i go back i n and show them the screen had shorted out,he then says i broke the phone,you must of dropped it or pressed it against something,i said,you saw me in the window answereing the phone,how can you say that,if anyone dropped it it was you while you had for 10 minutes supposedly tranfering my contacts,he says to me,after looking at it that they are trained to look for that,i said your trained,so your telling me you gone to a salesman to a certified electronics repairman,he got rude and i left,called verizon and told them what happened and they said,no problem we will take care of it,i get a phone call an hour later and they recanted the hole story,they wanted me to pay for shipping and to have the phone diagnosed,and pay for all these service fees,so 2 years go by and my contract is up,i disputed a bill for there services and 3 days later i get a collection notice,so after 2 hours of a run around i tell them the problems i had in the beginning and they said they had no record of it,i said i did because i recorded all the converstions so theres your record,i told them that i was going to send my evidence to the state attorney generals office and we will see about your records then,i said i am only paying half the bill,so she goes to a supervisor and says they will only give me the 30 bucks back,i said oh boy that was something you should of done 2 years ago when you screwed me then,so i paid for the remainder of the bill and the customer service agent says she will file a complaint on my behalf beause that was wrong,she said they will contact me its been 2 weeks and i havent heard anything from them and then she had the nerve to ask me to continue to stay with verizon and what will it take to keep you with us,i told her i got u.s cellular and i get unlimited everything for 40 bucks a month and my phone works unlike yours did,she then hung up on me,verizon wireless and there salesman are thiefs and ripp off artists,if you sign with them you will get screwed,there salesman work on commission and they only make money if they upsell the basic contract,when in fact they pocket the money and say its not refundable after they mess up your phone and the break it on you and do not honor there warranty when it clearly states that in 30 days if anything should happen to the phone it is fully covered and you will get a replacement phone of the model you purchased,its all a bunch of lies,dont do business with them.

they have charged me TWICE for some knives I DID NOT ORDER. I only made a purchase for the one that was $1, there was not anything that said I would be charged for a full set. the first time I got charged in December I wasn't going to complain I was going to see if they send me anything but they never sent me anything!!!! so I have been charged a total of $177.88 and I haven't received anything!! this is just wrong!!!

want to cancel the project and get back my milestone

ON 4 feb i had awarded my project adsense website to the person with the username softdevelop on www.takealancer.com and my username is itzewrgurl and he claimed to completed my project in 30 days but now its 2 months and he haven't completed my project yet and he is even not replying to my emails.So,now finally i want to cancel the project and want to take back my $100 milestone back in my account.
This is the dispute with i filed on the website www.takealancer.com but they didn't respond to my dispute and after searching on internet i had discovered that they don't do any thing for the safety of their clients and even don't resolve the dispute so i am really worried now.
and ofcourse the person i had awarded the project is a scammer because after not getting any response from him i had searched about him too and discovered that he claim all his clients to create an adsense website and once they award him project and create a milestone payment he never ever respond back to them and he also have many fake id's with fake reviews on many websites like www.freelancer.com,www.takealancer.com and etc. with the username mynameisshah01 and he is from Bangladesh.many innocent people are scammed by fake reviews on his profile like he is true adsense expert would recommend to everyone and will definitely hire him again etc.But in reality he is a scammer and he absolutely do nothing.and he has two id's on takealancer.com one is with username softdevelop and other is with username my name is shah.
Now all i want is that www.takealancer.com help me to cancel my project and give my 100usd back in my account.

unfinish job

Affordable plumbing and rooter.tel number 818 660 8285 /jesse Garcia.he did not finish the job promised to come back because his father is in the hospital.he did not come to finish the job.I already paid him so that it will help him.but until now he did not finish the job and not returning my call .it has been more than two week.he did not thighten the pipe and faucet is leaking none stop.I paid him 350.00 dollars for the job.please help me to recover my money or finish the job.I am a senior with very limited income.thank u very much.pls.help me.

A student of our educational company filed a complaint against our company but then she called into the customer service dept. where I work and I was able to resolve all of her concerns that were actually with a different company and not us, we refunded her for the money she spent with the other company and gave her everything she asked for but when she emailed them to ask them to take the complaint down they replied with this email "Thanks for contacting Scambook.com. Unfortunately, it is not our policy or practice to remove entire complaints. However, there is a "follow-up" function on your Scambook Dashboard that allows you to post a comment underneath your original posting. Your comments appear more prominent than other Scambook users' comments, so any clarifications you would like to make clear to Scambook readers."

If the complaint is false or resolved you should have the capability to remove it since you are the one that posted it, they just leave it on there so people will keep clicking on their link to try to get to the top of search engines.
