1) I never sent my 2017 forms and RX to SCBN

2) I had my account on hold until my out-of-pocket cost for prescription drugs reached the threshold of being able to request assistance in obtaining my drug.

3) SCBN debited my bank account without my authorization for 2017. Also, paperwork was not filed for 2017. I have stopped taking the drug.

When I cancelled my account, I requested a refund of the June fee (not authorized). SCBN said NO!!!!! because they had me erroneously scheduled for June, which, again, I never, ever authorized.

SCBN is a scam, once they get your account number they debit without getting permission.
