Kipling

On January 7, 2016, I made a purchase in your store, located in the 3rd floor of Boulevard Shopping, in order to buy my school supplies. After choosing a madel from the "new" collection, according to the sales woman, I used the product for 1 month and it was when the problems began to appear. The color of the bag began to fade and the zippers rusted.
It is important to note that after one week of purchase, the product considered "new" by sales woman, was placed on the sale promotion because of the new collection that had arrived.
Unfortunately despite liking the Kipling brand a lot, i was disappointed. I feel stolen, since it was a "new" product only in thesis, and to complete, a product of poor quality.
Faced with such a situation, I hope I get an answer and a solution to my problem, because if no solution is presented, I shall be obligated to prosecute you.
