i think they need to get it together, i didn't ask for it an don't want it ,but they took 29.95 out of my account without asking for it. you people need to stop it, NOW......... all i can say is that this really looks good for your company don't it all these complaint......... an by the way i was overdraft too.

FreeScore.com duped me the same way! Now I'm out $59 because I didn't see it hit me in Jan but I did notice when my bank account went below the norm on Feb. 22!
I also called to get my account canceled and request a full refund but they kept countering with "this is a 7 day trial" and kept badgering me with offers and discounts to get me to stay.
Someone needs to sue these jerks!
