I recently bought a 6 pack of matte finish magic tape (scotch 3m) and before I even used one strip of tape it snapped and I could not retrieve the end of the tape. This happened on all 6 rolls. I did not keep receipt as I NEVER had this happen before. This is not a cheap tape to buy. WHATS UP WITH THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCT????? I’ve purchased two packages, lately, of Scotch matte finish magic tape. Both packages consisted of multiple plastic dispensers of “scotch” tape. The tape no longer sticks the way it once did. The adhesion renders the tape worthless. And, well before the end of the roll of tape on the dispenser, the tape snaps and the end is not retrievable.

It seems this is yet another “victim” of cost-cutting, making products less durable in the name of profits.
