There products do not stand up to what they say. they sell products in Canada that you can get replacement parts for. hard to get info and to get help.

I bought your pre light from lowes Canada about 5years ago, for the last 3years we have had nothing but problems with it. whole sections of the lights are out, it took us 2 years to find out where to get the replacement bulbs for it, You sent us new bulbs last year as you don't sell them in Canada, we were not told this when we purchased the tree. I am very disappointed with your product, We spent a lot of money on this tree and it has only lasted 5years. I don't understand why you sell the trees in Canada if we cant get the replacement lights for it. and the fact that the whole section goes out and not just on bulb is very shawdy work.
