Actually Lohud took the article down after Scott sent them a phony cease and desist letter threatening to sue

And its not rockland pd ots ramapo police

Scott H. Bernstein (87 Spook Rock Rd.) was arrested again. In Jan. 2012 he was charged with menacing (2 counts) and poss. of a weapon (3 counts). See www.lohud.com or contact Sgt./Det. Lynch of the Rockland co. P.D.
