No Customer Service

I need some help with Sears Home Services Customer Service.

I was having ductless air and heat installed this weekend (two days later than
scheduled). After some problems I tried to get in touch with someone to help
me. After having an email returned (the email address from the website),
calling 6 numbers and being transferred at least 8 times I was finally able to
leave a message about how badly things had gone. Apparently no one knows how to
find the right department or phone number.

I sent an email off to the in home sales person. He responded the next day
(Sunday) letting me know that he would get with the project coordinator and his
managers first thing Monday.

I didn’t hear back from the voice message that I left or from the sales person,
the project coordinator or his managers.

On Monday the Sears contractors finished up and left. I could not deal with
them anymore. People do not do work like they used to anymore.

On Tuesday after I had worked for 15 hours all I wanted was to sleep in comfort.
Two of the four coils put in my home stopped working for two hours (10:45pm to
12:45am). It was 95 degrees in my room. I called the number on the website and
yet another person that could not help.

This morning I tried to use the online chat with another person that not only
could not find my information but could not provide me any information. I
called back to one of the numbers that is in Florida and the transferred me to
a San Diego number and left them a message. 6 hours later they have not called
back either.

Is there no one at Sears that does Customer Service and knows what to do or will
call anyone back? This was a $17,000 install that already broke once less than
48 hours into it and not one person can help me!
