I came to the Sear part direct store on 16555 park row Houston TX 77084 October 2018 to place an order of spark module for the gas range. I came back the same day I placed the order and asked to canceled the order because I went home and clean the gas range out and it was working good. The employee said that he couldn’t give me refund and I have to wait to receive the part from the mail and bring it back for the refund.
The next few days I received the part and came to store and that store was permanently closed. Therefore, I had to call customer service and they have kept transferring me back and forth from customer care and customer solution and even said the return label has been issued but it wasn’t.
I called back so many time and was transferred back and forth each call more than 20 minutes and then disconnected the phone line without calling me back. Finally, They said it was ordered online at the store so they couldn’t give me a return label. I have had the item for 3 months and don’t know where to return.
