Had my oil changed yesterday at Sears Auto Center on 64 in Bartlett. I had to take car back to the Auto Center because SUV was not running properly as it was before I got oil changed. Let the Manager know that and I was brushed off. Can someone please contact me at 901-265-8394

I made a 1 pm appt at Sears the day before yesterday. Brought my SRT-8 in to have oil changed and determine cause of earsplitting brake shrieks.
Walked in mall, spent money I don't have, and returned at 5:10 pm. Waited around but sole customer service guy then disappeared for 20 minutes until I finally went to garage work area and asked if they had even looked at my car as it was parked in same spot. They said not yet! It was 5:30!! Why did I waste time making an appointment and spending four hours at a dumb mall?! Customer service guy was still missing, so I just got my keys back and left. What s horribly run place!!!

16 days ago had oil change done at sears,then on my way home on the 16th day my oil light came on and went bolistic on my 2007 sebring ,luckily i was just pulling into my drive way when the car started to shake. turned off ignition and heard something. MY HUSBAND LOOKED UNDER THE HOODAND IT WAS OIL GOING EVERYWHERE UNDER THE CAR. HE TOOK PICTURES I CALLED SEARS THEY SAID CALL A TOW TRUCK AND THEY WOULD LOOK AT IT . MY HUSBAND FOUND THE PLUG LAYING ON THE ROCK SHEILD NO SEAL ON IT . MY GRANDAUTHER TOOK ME TO AUTO ZONE WHERE I GOT 5 QUARTS OF OIL AND A PLUG WITH A SEAL ON IT .AFTER PICTURES WERE TOOK WE REPLACED THE PLUG AND OIL STARTED THE CAR AND SEENS TO BE DOING OK. DONT KNOW IF MY ROCK SHEILD WILL HOLD ON TIGHT NOW BECAUSE OIL WAS EVERYWHERE . SEARS I AM AGGRAVATED WITH THE POOR QUALITY IN SEVICEAND RUINING MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF ONLY SOURCE OF TRANSPORTATON HAS SAID TO ME .GO ELSEWHERE.
