This is regarding Hard Pull done by Sears on Feb 3 2016. I had recently come to USA and when Sears told me that I can apply for credit card I had agreed for it. I did tell them in advance that I donot have a credit history as I am new in the country however they told let them check and it should not be problematic at all

They never ever told me that they are going to do a Hard Pull of Credit report. Also they never communicated that the credit check (which is hard pull) will impact my credit history. It is highly irresponsible and unfair on behalf of Sears and these credit pulls have bring down my credit score substantially.

I need these Hard Pulls to be removed from my credit history as these have been made without my acknowledgement and agreement.

about 4 years ago I bought a kenmore elite oasis washing machine n 2 years ago the mother board stopped working giving n error f50 n paid about $350 to fix. Now the machine is giving the same f50 message. This is not fair to me to be fixing a machine every 2 years. This machine is no good. Sears needs to repair it for free or give me a new machine
