refusal to take back appliances within 30 days

On March 2, 2018 I bought a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave from Sears in Maplewood MN. I took delivery on March 9, 2018. It has been a nightmare dealing with Sears since. My refrigerator did not work at all np power, and the stove needed repair also. They took my working refrigerator and left me with the non working Kenmore appliance. I called customer service right away. They said they could not send a new one until March 15, 2018. That refrigerator did not work either no power again, I received the third refrigerator sometime the next week. I lost all of my food during the time I was without the refrigerator. Sears claims they are not responsible for the food lost, and no compensation would be sent. In the mean time the oven stopped working on March 10,2018. I had a repairman out to replace the convection oven fan. The first one never had the bolts put on, so they were rolling around in the fan when I turned on the oven. I finally got the stove working on March 20. The oven was still to loud and I was told I could return it for 30 days. I had less then one day where all appliances worked. I woke up on March 21, and the microwave would not heat.

At this point I had had enough. Dealing with customer service was awful EVERYTIME I called. Know one knows anything to help you. They all read from a script and will not give you the number of their Manager. I called numerous times and nothing. I was promised calls back in 24 to 48 hours. never happened.

Finally I made the decision to send all of the appliances back because I had no confidence in them or Sears. I called March 24,2018 to have them picked up, well within my 30 days that I was repeated told I could return them. I was told by my salesman, every delivery person, and almost every customer service person I talked to. I recieved the run around again. I finally got a call from customer service on April 2. asking me for account number before they could send someone out to pick them up.They promised a call to set up a time to pick up the appliances in 24 - 48 hours. Everytime they said that it was 7-10 days before I was contacted. on on April 4, 2018 they called me and said they would not take the refrigerator back and they had not decided on the other three appliances. At this point I blew up and was very rude. I had already gone out and purchased new appliances from someone else, and I do not have the money to pay for both sets of appliances. I was promised a call back in 24 - 48 hours with a decisioon on the stove, dishwasher, and microwave which does not work. i am still waiting for that call.

I hope someone who sees this can help me out.
