Multiple phone call (to date ~10) in attempt to get garage door opener repaired that is under Sears warranty. Associates have not been very helpful in fact one man hung up on my husband. Opener stop working 12.26.19 to date we have not been able to get repairman out. My husband is disabled and I up in age defeats purpose of garage opener if I have to get out of car get into garage and pull or push door up, walk back out to running car pull in. I have safety concern re:us if no one else has, reason for door opener. An associate Andrea, tried to assist today but after hour in phone fruitless!
