Customer service

Sears Parts Store at 7353 NW Loop 410 San Antonio, Texas. I had called the store (210) 523-3469 repeatedly over a week looking for parts for my refrigerator and riding mower. Not once was the call answered. The phone would ring until disconnected and a following call would get a busy signal. When I visited the store I was told they don't have to answer the phone. When I asked who was the manager the employee would not answer only stating he was not there. At a local Sears store I was told that even the local stores struggle to reach the parts store because it is not staffed well enough to answer the phone. Very poor customer service! Is this Sears policy or just store doing as it pleases. I did not buy items at either location nor will I support such practices.
