Got a gas blower for christmas from my dad witch passed away in Jan. of 2012 dont have a bill from it cant find it . unit wont start seras wont do nouthing about it because i dont know the phone # it was put under. told me i will have to pay for it. the mafg. date on the unit is Oct of 2011 not good enough for them . I WILL NEVER BUY NOUTHING FROM SEARS all i want is swap out the unit . Thanks G.H parma hts Ohio

You mean you have absolutely no idea what phone number(s) your father had before he passed away? Really, how many different numbers could he have used? As for the no-start problem, try changing the fuel and spark plug and make sure you prime it properly.
