I had a Sales Rep over my house. We agreed to a price and signed papers to have a new furnace put in my home. It is the middle of winter and I have three small children in my home. The date for install was given verbally "with in a week." On the contract it was put TBD as start date because the contractor had to be contacted to set up the date. It has been ten days and I still have no furnace. There has to be some reasonable expectation of time to complete a job. We have not had contact with our Sales Rep after calling and leaving an email. We called a local heating guy and he just left our home and will have a new furnace in within 16 hours from now.

We have signed a contract with sears home improvements for a kitchen remodel, however after speaking with Tyler Firth we have now discovered new information that we did not agree to. We have also not recieved an itemized list or breakdown of what anything is going to cost individually after asking for one. We were basically brushed off. Also no work has been done and nothing has been ordered as we have not come to any concrete agreements on anything. Appointments have been set and then at the last minute Tyler Firth has not shown up or has cancelled after I have taken a day or days off work, as i am an active duty military person. I am not comfortable with doing this sprocess when people do not give me straight answers or misleading information. Thank you for your time. I do intend to rescind this agreement today 05/12/2012.
