5 1/2 months to get dead stave replaced

My gas range, under a service contract for 14 years, ceased to work on 9/15/2020 and it was finally replaced on 3/5/2021 - 5 1/2 months later. This is unforgivable. I would like Sears Home Services to compensate me for the lack of the appliance's use and the aggravation that it has caused. I have spent 36 hours on the phone with the company trying to get this resolved. They have known that the computer which failed was not available for replacement for 3 months before they decided to replace the stove.
