Purchased appliance insurance from sears. Two weeks later they finaly come to install parts. The workers did an excellent job. After they leave i get a phone call saying I owe $370 . Sears has almost nothing to do with these warranties. A diiferent company handels the calls and they farm it all out to outside contractors. Don't fall for it like I did. It sounded to good to be true and it was.
