Multiple attempts to repair refrigerator
Our Kenmore Elite refrigerator broke while the part that failed was under warranty through Kenmore. We lost hundreds of dollars in food. After countless calls to customer service who had no clue what was going on, and six repair technicians attempt to fix the problem, the refrigerator still doesn't work and Sears will not replace it, per the warranty agreement. I will NEVER buy another product from Sears. Their customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced.
