3200 dollar Refrigerator is 2 years old. Compressor has a leak. Service person had to order parts that took 10 days to arrive. Technician failed to show for second service call so had to reschedule. 3rd appointment technician shows up late after waiting through another 4 hour window to say that he still has to come back to see where leak is after putting dye in the system. None of this stated at first visit. Now it's Friday and they absolutely refuse to come on weekends or evenings so I'm expected to miss now 4 days of work. Customer service complaints are met with complete lack of concern or respect for a customer that by the way paid an additional 500 dollars for a protection warranty service. I have called several times to speak with someone in the Philippines no one local and they just blew me off saying I had an appointment and they were not going to give me a weekend appointment and no supervisor to speak to. Same response from Sears appliance department and on line chat people. It is clear from what I am seeing there is a major defect with this refrigerator and Sears continues to sell them and take no responsibility. A month without a refrigerator no ice in an Arizona summer.
