Failed Compressor & Deplorable Customer Service

We have a Sears Elite Refrigerator with a broken compressor (parts under warranty) & it is a very well known LG parts issue. Called Sears 5.07.18 to report failure, many issues since then, current appointment to repair is 7.12.18! Over 9 weeks without a fridge, for a part under warranty, and a known part issue. We are flabbergasted, frustrated, and angry! Customer Service is a big fat zero.
