Customer Service
Unfortunately for the 3rd time our refrigerator stopped working. We have had the master protection plan since we purchased it but have not received a replacement just excuses. We requested a new refrigerator the last time and was declined even-though the technician damaged it. We are currently waiting for our scheduled appointment to determine the problem and then wait yet again for the parts to arrive, and then another appointment. I would like to think customer service is still the focal point for Sears and resolve this sooner than later. I understand the demand is high and there is a protocol that has to be followed but I do not understand why if customers have the same problem every time and your technician did further damage why the agonizing inconvenience for the customers. I am a 3rd generation and huge supporter of Sears products but I am losing faith.
