I have been trying to schedule warranty repair on my Kenmore refrigerator freezer since September, 2017. Every time I get a date, they call to tell me I have to reschedule due to a technician not in my area on that day. This has happened three times. Sears tells me the same thing each time. This is very annoying. One day I stayed home the whole day waiting on the technician, but no one showed up. Received a call that night I had to call and reschedule. I do not have time for this
