Refrigerator

I purchase a Kenmore Refrigerator a year ago and it has been broken since December i purchase a 5 year warranty and they have sent 2 technicians and the second in order 2 parts which the company has told me they are on back order and Im a 78 year old lady that have been with a broken refrigerator for the past 4 months i ask for a replacement until i get my refrigerator repair and they told me I have to wait for the parts so the refrigerator can be fix.

Unable to receive a refund for the brand new dryer that has been returned over 6 weeks ago!

On August 28th of 2018 I had a Kenmore washer & electric dryer set delivered to my house from Sears online. About a week a later purchase a gas Kenmore dryer & scheduled a pick up for the brand new never used electric Kenmore dryer to be returned on 9/13/18 same day the gas dryer was to be delivered. The date of my new gas dryer delivery got pushed back however they did pick up the Kenmore electric dryer and told me to call about my refund the next day. Now here October 29th 2018, after speaking with several Sears reps, customer care, & home delivery still no refund or any returned phone calls. I'm 40years old & have been a Sears member for years , having bought televisions , air conditioners , appliances and clothes yet never had an issue in store , however the first time I try making a purchase from Sears online it's by far the worst experience ever!

d customer service for a repair I spoke to a Leni who had me go through several tests in an attempt to rectify this. In her infinite wisdom she determined that the water pressure in my home was too high even though it took a full 15 seconds to fill an 8 ounce glass. She told me to call a plumber to have him lower the water pressure in my home. Call a plumber and have him lower the water pressure to my home? You've got to be kidding. It was only after I got angry an insisted on a repair man that she scheduled one.

I am 66 years of age but I remember as a boy my mother taking about how she would only buy appliances from Sears because of their dependability and service. Boy have things changed. Your CEO should be ashamed of himself


As a retiree who has lots of time to spare I plan to get on every social media site I can, every day, as often as I can, to warn consumers about buying from sears. You can count on that

4strok weed waker

Bought a new craftsman weed walker last year worked about a Dozen time then you couldn’t start it took it apart and a little spring and keeper came off. Tried to get the parts but was told I would need to buy a new short block (new engine) ther is nothing wrong with the engine just a little spring and a keeper I can buy the keeper at Home Depot but not the spring so I would have to buy a whole new engine what a rip of I will never buy anything from sears again!

Sears customer service sucks

Sears sucks.. they didnt want to help with refrigerator i purchased from year ago and still on warranty... horrible customer service.. actually non because i have a problem... i was tols by manager they're closing store and this is why im being refused any help... dont buy anything at sears!!!

DELIVERIES

I ordered a new side by side refrigerator. They gave me a window 10 Am to 12 PM. They never showed up and never told me they were not delivering. I called Cust. Service several times and got Phillipino reps who could not speak English very well. I go nowhere. So frustrated, I cancelled my order and am waiting to get ALL my money back because this is their fault and not mine. What a sham company!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again!

Horrible customer service

I purchased a tire had it installed, had to PREPAY FOR THE NEXT 3 TIRES . I was told it will take 2 weeks. I live 53 miles away, my son is a Chgo Fire Department Paramedic and I live in St Charles, I watch my granddaughter so this is why I had it installed out South.
I called to follow up was told 2 of 3 came in and basically just wait , I found that a store 15 min away had in stock, so I had to go and BUY ANOTHER FREAKING TIRE AND BRING TO STORE SO I COULD GET ALL INSTALLED TOGETHER. SO I WAKE UP 53 MILES AWAY FROM THE STORE WITH A FREAKING FLAT.
AND EVERY DAY SINCE I HAVE A HAD A FLAT.
SO I finally got to bring the car on and I have to PAY 26.00 TO FIX A FREAKING BRAND FREAKING NEW TIRE, I AM SOOOOOO UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTED BEING A EX EMPLOYEE WOW.
I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED CHANNEL 5 NEWS
I REALLY WANT MY MONEY BACK AND SPEND IT WITH A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. I AM ALSO CONTACTING COOPER TIRES.

Sears Order that was never shipped.

I ordered a Craftsman 20volt Bolt on driver online December 6, 2014. December 8, 2014 I was sent an email that said the item had shipped and would be arriving December 12, 2014. December 15, 2014 I had not received the item yet, so I looked at the tracking information they sent with the email stating it had been shipped. The tracking information shows that a label had been created and the item was awaiting pickup by UPS. I then called Sears to find out what was going on. The lady I spoke to said she would have a tracer put on the package to see where it was and I would have that information emailed to me within 24 hours and if I did not have that email within that time frame to call back. I never got any emails, so I called back. The gentleman I talked to that time told me the item had not been shipped and he would put a tracer on it to find out where it was and I would hear back by email within 24 hours. He started telling me something else when we were cut off. I never got an email so I called back again December 17, 2014. I spoke to Gabriel who was rude and snotty. He told me the item was shipped and to be patient as it would be delivered to me within 3 days. I told him I had been patient and I would wait another 3 days.
The evening of December 20, 2014 three days after I talked to Gabriel, I still had not received my item. I called once again. The lady I talked to said the item had a label created but had not been shipped. I told her what Gabriel had said and she stated she did not understand why he would say that as it had not been shipped. I asked her to turn me over to her supervisor. She said the supervisor was busy and would call me back within and hour. The supervisor called me about 20 minutes later. She told me that she needed to put a tracer on the package and I would hear back within 24 business hours, by email.
December 23, 2014 I still had not received any information about my item. I called and talked to Cristoph. He said he needed to put a tracker on the package to see where it was. I told him that had been done many times already and the package was never shipped so how can you track it. I told him I wanted my order cancelled and my money back. He kept saying he had to track the package. I asked for his supervisor. He said his supervisor was busy and would call me back within 5 minutes. Two and a half hours later I still had not received a phone call from the supervisor.
I called once again, explained what had been going on with this order and that I wanted it cancelled and my money returned. He said he had to put a tracker on the package to see where it was. I told him that had been done many times, then asked him how he could track a package that had never been shipped. I asked for his supervisor and I told him I wanted to speak to him or her immediately, not wait for a call back. He did get me his supervisor. His supervisor stated the package would have to be tracked. I asked how they could track a package that had not been shipped. I also told him to cancel my order and refund my money. I also stated that if the money was not back in my paypal account, which had been used to pay for the order, within 48 hours I would start a grievance through paypal and then I would go to the better business bureau. He stated I would have my money back in my account and a confirmation email within 24 to 48 hours. I told him I would not keep my fingers crossed for a sixth confirmation email from Sears.

Resolution to issue with Sears

Sears had completely resolved the issue.

I will remove this in a couple of days but I hate to just take it off without posting that the issue has been completely resolved by Sears. They refunded us what would amount the extra cost of the display we would not have purchased if the salesman had given us the right information. They also addressed our other 2 issues satisfactorily.

Sears Nordic Track false information

I bought a Nordic Track 7700 from Sears and he said it was the same exact model as Nordic Track sells and that I could buy it from Nordic Track. I know companies change the quality, motor, etc. when selling to lower quality stores (sears does not have quality merchandise for the most part). He assured me that it was the same exact machine as Nordic Track and that I could buy the 7700 directly from them.

He said that the console would project to the TV screen (I'm short and can't see the console and want to do the google map routes and use the browser and be able to see it). He assured me that the browser and trail maps would all display on the TV screen so I could see them.

He also told me that the ifit subscription was free with the machine I bought. I tried to pay for it and he said it was included with this machine.

All of which was false. Nordic Track was very unhelpful and one person was rude and in so many words said it was my problem. If they are going to use Sears as an agent then it's their problem too.

Customer Service Department

I just bought a Kenmore 2800 top loading washer. Talk about wrinkled loads. All sweaters, jerseys and slacks have to be sprayed with water and steam pressed. I have gone back to 1970. I really am mad but what can I do. Does anybody important read these comments., I thinks not.

Customer Service Department

Well...don't feel so bad. The Sears in Ocala, Florida is just as awful. I think from now on my family and friends will be paying a little more to ensure we get the quality product AND SERVICE we pay for... Just such a shame when a company has basically said they don't care about the customer they're just after our money and saving their bottom line! I look for them to declare bankruptcy within the next 3 years!!! It would serve them right!
