For over ten years I had this credit card. I never missed a payment. I requested an offer from them which would give me zero percent enterest for six months. Thy approved it. I called one evenning to raise my credit limit from $1600.00 to $3000.00. The chinese bitch refused and I then asked her about the special offer I was given several months earlier. She said it was never authorized. I told her it was their fault. She did not care. I asked her what the enterest rate was, she said 25 percent. I then told her to close my account and I payed off my credit card. Sears is using their high credit card fees to stay afloat because they are drowning in debt. I will never shop at sears again and they can eat their worthless credit card!

problem with redeeming points
I had a problem redeeming my points on the sears card web site and the thank you rewards web site. I can't get on the thank you web site or redeem on the sears card site. I emailed the idiots on the sears card site and told them my problem and the idiots don't know what to do. They just told me to call these technical support numbers, so I did and they are just as stupid! I emailed customer service again and they respond back with "I'm sorry we can not help you at this time!!!!" So I redeemed my points on Amazon. I'm done trying to redeem my points on the searscard web site!

Sears Citi Mastercard Online Payment
Several issues with credit card services where payment was made but they decided to change the date and add late fees. This service also will charge interest on items bought with 0% financing. Nothing but issues every time it is used. I now notice 257 complaints which is probably pretty good, but just imagine the ones that don't know how to report issues.

I just got off the phone earlier today with the Idiot of India. I had
had some problems logging onto their web site in order to start making
online payments for my new Master Card account. God only knows just how
many times I had told the moron that I was on their web site and it
didn't allow me to go any further onto the specific area of my type of
card. Each and every time she would turn around and tell me that my
browser wasn't allowing me to go to their web site and I needed to use
another browser. This was after I had told her the different stuff that
posts on their web site. What an idiot. I was at the point of wanting
to reach down the phone line and throttle her. I finally said:
Goodbye before I waste any more minutes on my phone. When I looked up at my brother he was laughing his ass off.

I received an e-mail that items were purchased at Hilo Sears yesterday May 3, 2014 which I did not even go to the store or made any purchase on line.
