ripoff by sears/mastercard

they are giving me a big headache.........raising a7.99 monthly >>>>16.00 & 29.00 dollars claiming i am late all the time>>>>>>.bullshit. i have even been told there was "no payment due at this time" to create an "past due" situation.. this is not next flix's fault. it is those bastards@ mastercard/city bank/sears.

this has been going on for over a year now. i call master card, get put on hold, listen to their stupid misic, while somebody in cubical, says they have to talk to supervisor>>>>>.then i am disconnected,. I HAVE CLOSED NEXTFLIX THRU MASTERCARD AND OPEN THRU VISA. HOWEVER I HAVE MOUNTING CHARGES THRU BASTERCARD AND THEY WILL NOT PUT MY COMPLAINT INTO "DISPUTE"............WHAT CAN I DO TO CLEAR THEASE CHARGES
